No, there are no long-term commitments or obligations with DigiSME. As a cloud software service, you have the freedom to discontinue using the product at any time without the need for large upfront capital investments.
Certainly, DigiSME provides the option to subscribe annually. Your subscription will be based on the existing plan and the number of users for a duration of 12 months. Any changes in the plan or user count will be reflected in the billing accordingly.
There are no cancellation fees or lock-in periods for any of our plans. However, if you have opted for an annual subscription plan, the remaining credit will not be refunded if you choose to discontinue DigiSME service during the plan's validity period.
